I have a rather stupid question regarding the main pattern - when u are done with row 1 - you end up with less than 39 stitches. Yet in Row 2 - you are supposed to knit/purl a total of 39 stitches. Does that mean you have to add on/increase some stitches - if so do you add it at the beginning or the end or in the middle. Sorry I know!
